Congratulations to Dr. Vida Nooshnab for successfully defending her Ph.D. dissertation and to Parth Solanki for defending and completing his M.S. degree! Vida made great contributions to improving our measurement techniques and understanding of quantum cascade structures, and Parth made impressive theoretical and computational advances in the study of nanoscale thermal radiation in multilayer films. Vida and Parth will be missed, but we look forward to watching their future accomplishments!
