We are very happy to welcome Lukas Pfromm to our group!
Lukas has been collaborating with Prof. Tervo for a while already, while being advised by Prof. Umit Ogras in ECE at UW-Madison. Because we have been working so closely together, Lukas will be co-advised for the remainder of his Ph.D.
Lukas studies the performance of chiplet-based computing systems with a strong focus on thermal modeling and how different thermal management strategies affect chiplet temperature and system performance.
