A warm welcome to Max, our newest group member!
Max is a M.S. student in Mechanical Engineering. He received his B.S. degree from UW-Madison (welcome back!), and he then spent several years as an engineer in industry at Full Spectrum Solar, James Fisher Technologies, and most recently as a contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy. Max is returning to graduate school to re-focus on fundamental energy conversion technologies. His research will focus on solid-state refrigeration and power generation devices.
